Vendor Information
LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT
Load-in
- All Vendors (excluding Food Trucks) will be required to enter West Broad St. from Peachtree Industrial from the Race Trac. We are turning the two-lane road into a one-way for vendor load-in.
- Artists and vendors will be able to set-up directly in front of their booth during set-up and breakdown. The main street where the festival takes place will get crowded with cars during set-up, so we will have everyone loading in waves.
- However, with that in mind we depend upon vendor cooperation to keep traffic moving at a pace that will allow everyone equal time to set up. We ask that upon arrival at your booth location, you unpack your items and then move your vehicle before you start setting up.
- Please lookout for an email two weeks prior to the event regarding detailed instructions for load-in and load-out.
- At the end of the day on Saturday you will not be able to drive your car into the festival. We will be providing overnight security, but if you wish to take some items home in between the two days, you will have to cart it to your car.
Load-out
- On Sunday, you will not need to Load in on this day. Everything will be left on site the night before. We will have security covering the entire downtown Sugar Hill area.
- On Sunday at 5pm we will begin clearing all areas of pedestrians. Once all the pedestrians have been cleared you will be able to start bringing in your cars according to your load-out schedule.
- All vendors will receive their load-out schedule time by email on Saturday and again on Sunday morning. If you do not receive this email, please ask one of our event staff.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Please bring a minimum of 30 lb. weights for each of your tent legs if you have a tent set-up.
- You will not have any access to power, so if you need to access power, please bring a generator. Our outlets do not provide enough power and will blow if plugged into.
- You will need to be finished setting up your vendor’s stand and ready to sell no later than 9:30am on Saturday.
- All vendors are required to attend both days of the festival.
PARKING FOR VENDORS
- Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will have some available parking in the Lyric parking deck. After that, we will have available parking at Sugar Hill Church and Sugar Hill Elementary. However, shuttles will not be transporting people until 7am on Saturday and Sunday. Sugar Hill Church is within walking distance if you can not find parking at Solis before 7am.

AMENITIES
- 24 hour security between Saturday and Sunday will be provided.
