Vendor Information
-All vendors (excluding food trucks) enter West Broad St. from Peachtree Industrial at the RaceTrac. The two-lane road becomes one-way for load-in.
-You can set up directly in front of your booth. Please unpack your items, then move your vehicle before setting up so traffic keeps moving for everyone.
-Watch for an email two weeks before the event with detailed load-in/load-out instructions.
-Saturday night: vehicles cannot re-enter the festival. Overnight security is provided. If you want to take items home, you’ll need to cart them to your car.
-Sunday: no load-in needed. At 5 PM we begin clearing pedestrians, then vehicles enter according to your load-out schedule (emailed Saturday and Sunday morning).
-Bring a minimum of 30 lb. weights for each tent leg if you have a tent set-up.
-No power access on site, so bring a generator if you need electricity. Festival outlets cannot support vendor loads.
-Be fully set up and ready to sell by 9:30 AM Saturday.
-All vendors are required to attend both days of the festival.
-Parking is first-come, first-served, with some spaces in the Lyric parking deck.
-Overflow parking at Sugar Hill Church and Sugar Hill Elementary. Shuttles begin running at 7 AM Saturday and Sunday.
-Sugar Hill Church is within walking distance if you arrive before shuttles start.
-Sugar Rush is a rain-or-shine event. There is no rain date, and registration fees are non-refundable, even in case of inclement weather.
-24-hour security is provided between Saturday and Sunday.
-Each vendor is responsible for registering with the appropriate state and local tax authority, collecting the correct sales tax from every customer, and remitting those funds directly to the tax agency.
-All vendors enter West Broad Street from Peachtree Industrial at the RaceTrac (one-way during load-in).
